Drivetrain updates for e63s w213

Hi All,
Has any w213 e63s owners had a service recall for drivetrain software updates from MBUK dealer? I 've just sent my car for normal service B and was informed that there's a software update, however I declined when the service advisor raised a question whether is my car being tuned/remapped. I was a bit worried as this car had 3 previous owner and I'm not sure what could happened after the software updates.

Not had any recall info regarding my E63, S213…. not an “S” though if that makes a difference
