DRL not working on 2012 ML350 bluetec

Hi, have an issue with my right hand DRL (LED strip light below headlamp) not working. I tried a replacement part bought from amazon, however I think I wasted my money, as this did not solve the issue. I assume faulty control module or ballast has anyone replaced this on a 2012 ML350 before - where is it located cant see anything near the location of the DRL, that looking with wheel liner removed and front undertray. cheers

Have you tried swooping the working DRL to see if that works?
