e220 cdi limp mode

hi I got a 2011 e220 cdi. today went to limp mode and eml light on.i plug on computer and came as mus airflow sensor fault. went bought new one and replaced it .Still same problem .car has only 108 k and well serviced. it didn't have any faults on dpf or egr .turbo sims 100% so as boost pipes .

What fault? No fault says replace component.

When error triggers again (ignition on - engine on - heavy acceleration...). How you diagnosed your turbo is 100% ok? Very VERY often MAF faults are due to leak in boost system.

turbo is 100% I check the pipes coming out of intercooler as common fault and they ok .I even drove the car in 3rd gear almost 3000 revs for half an hour and still same problem. wen plug on computer reading for dpf goes down and up .u clean with spray the sensor and still nothing.

the guy I bought the car is a dealer and they put car on diagnostics.only thing was saying is muss airflow sensor is faulty. I even tried to unplug wen engine runs cause I been told if unplug wen engine runs and engine stop then sensor is faulty. but engine was still running

sorry my mistake, I replaced the sensor with new one .but still same problem. I checked the intercooler hoses and they look OK.

Did you get it sorted as am in the same position? After replacing it with genuine part it still comes back on. Cheers
