E320 CDI 3.0 lack of power - fault codes

I suddenly have an orange engine management light on the dash and the car has lost performance. It will start ok and run as long as I poodle about slowly. However when I put my foot down on the accelerator the engine doesn't pick up, and sometimes the gearbox seems to go into some limp home mode and I have to turn the ignition off and on again to reset it. I called the RAC who pluged it into their diagnostic laptop and gave me the below read out.
Can anyone offer advice on what to check for please ?
I am about to remove the air pipes going from the air filters to the turbo to make sure the turbo spins ok and there are no obvious blockages, but I have little knowledge (and little money at the moment) so Im only likely to spot something very obviously wrong. Any help \ advice would be very much appreciated. thanks Kev

Inlet port shutoff would be my first thing to check

It would have been useful if the RAC man had removed all the fault codes and started the car again so that any codes that re-emerged would be current issues as that is quite an exhaustive list you've put above. As already stated inlet shut off valve is a common fault, the valve sometimes fails due to oil penetration leaving the inlet manifold swirl flaps closed which massively restricts air flow into the engine and massive drop in power with next to no boost pressure. Have a look here as if it is the fault then it is a DIY repair for competent person / mechanic.
