I have an E320 and trying to work out what to do with it.
The brakes were all replaced about 18 months ago, tyres about 12 months ago and to get it through the last MOT the front suspoension joints were all replaced.
Long story short, the last MOT failed on the front suspension, my normal mechanic could not do the work for a month and when it was done and MOT'd I was driving another vehicle.
Carried on using that till end of March, taxed the Merc for 1st April and 3 days later the torque converter went.
Car has sat outside my workshop since then.
I have no need for the car so don't want to spend huge money sorting it out. Do I sell as spares or repair or try to find someone local who's not going to charge the earth.
