Hi guys just wondering if a 04 e500 is galvanized? Think it is but thought it wise to ask. Thanks.

You need to go on production date not registration date:

"E class were galvanised from Quarter 1, 2003"

It doesn't guarantee no rust though.

Mine is a 54 and had surface rust on the rear arches and some on the rear OS door.
