It’s a liovely thing. Expensive for an E 63, good value for a Brabus.

I'm pretty sure, despite what it says in the ad, it has the standard AMG kickplates and not Brabus ones though

For that price you could buy a far better W212 model with less miles., possibly even a facelift biturbo with similar miles.
I think you'd need to be a Brabus fanboy to pay that much for such an old car.

The brakes look suspiciously like standard calipers that have had logos slapped on during a refurb, not the Alcon-made Brabus kit.

The actual Brabus content on offer here is starting to look increasingly thin. That said, Bob Forstner are a Brabus concessionaire, but I'm not sure slapping some bits on at the 11th hour to shift it under pretence of speciality is any better a situation?

The description refers to Brabus brake design, rather the High Performance Braking kit (12 piston ceramic disks), so like you I suspect that they’re painted.

It’s not a full-on factory Brabus model, it’s an E 63 with a Brabus enhancements. Bob Forstner (the seller) is an official Brabus dealer, so a quick call will clarify spec.

Agreed, my hunch is that it’s a B 63 engine conversion, plus lowering module, plus the brake caliper refurb.

For those looking for more Brabus in their E 63 then Bob Forstner also has a black S212 with much more tweakery.

Is it my imagination or is Bob Forstner lower profile that he was 5 or 10 years ago?

I was looking at this on Autotrader recently as well. Nice clean car, price is a bit keen though. You'd have to really be an enthusiast to pull the trigger.
