Electric fan problem

hi guys i got a problem with my 2011 Mercedes Cls350, Elecric radiator fan start working on its own when engine its cold night time day time starts and stops and non stop i tried to conect obd and its come with fault code ''10c1'' and cant find anythunk to help with that basically its says fan motor problem permantly did anyone have that problem before ? dont want to buy new radiator and will have same problem ,Thank you for advice guys.

2010 E350 S212 - battery went flat. Fans running after car locked

Thank you mersum1es you help me a lot tit exactly whats happen to me ,from what i understand i need to replace my radiator fan with latest part specifield :

EPC confirms 2045000293 is replaced by 2049066802 check part # if within affected range request MB goodwill repair arguing defective part was installed at production per MBUSA bulletin.

My radiator fan part numbet 2045000293 so i need to replace it in to 2049066802 do iam right ? whats hapen if buy same part number radiator fan as i got now but new one do i get same problem with that ? thank you for help guys !
