Engine light on code P06DB11

Hi guys I have a problem,my car: Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2015 E220 BlueTEC mileage 148000. after changing engine timing chain and few weeks after this engine light on code, ((( P06DB11 The actuation of the valve of the oil pump in the combustion engine has a short circuit to ground. There is a

short circuit to ground ))) and car doesn't have a power, feels like is towing two another cars behind, Thanks for help.

Has it had an oil cooler done by any chance cause that valve sits beside it and might just be unplugged
