Gave these fault codes codes come on reader can anyone please help would be great car been running fine no problems and yesterday management light came on

This is for mercedes B180 Automatic 2015 plate

I think this means that the generic OBDII scanner can see that there are ECU fault codes but it can't read them, which means that you'll need to use a Mercedes-specific scanner such as STAR (ideally) or a DIY tool such as iCarsoft in order to properly read the ECU fault codes.

They are not fault codes, as said, they are three modules that may be scanned, you need to select them on the code reader to establish if there are any active codes.
