Engine management light

Good evening all

I'm new to the forum and have owned my 2017 b class for around 6 months, and has been good for 6 months but now my first issue has arrived

I had it plugged in for diagnostics with a local garage to which they came back with exhaust flap fault, I removed the actuator and check3d the flap which appears to be nice and free, so replaced the actuator, but unfortunately it has made no difference

The car is in like a limp mode and won't go over 3000brevs I had it rescanned after fitting the new part

To which I got told the dpf is now blocking/blocked

And a fault code of 13C700

can anyone help please I'm at my whits end

It might be the dpf pressure sensor, common fault on the Merc engines, not so sure on the Renault engines though, depends which one you have.

Thanks for the reply, I have the 2.1 diesel engine which I believe to be a mercedes engine

There are mobile on car , dpf cleaning services available, might be worth having a search for one in your area.
