Not so much parked as abandoned !

Two offences for the price of one : parking in disabled bay and obstructing the footpath , driving on the footpath also , so that makes three offences .

She assaulted the warden too .

A big problem nowadays for parking wardens in general is that if the offending vehicle is a Range Rover or Land Rover they just can’t know whether it’s crap parking or whether it has just broken down. 50/50

A broken down vehicle can still be ticketed .

I'm inclined to suspect she'd just nipped in to pick up her dog, and was unlucky that a traffic warden came along at the wrong time. S**t happens; put up with it and move on... (both literally and metaphorically).
