I know of at least one other 2.0 shell that's got a 2.5-16V in place, where DVLA is none the wiser (presumably the insurer, too?) Meanwhile, DVLA think my lowly 2.3-8V (Japanese import) has a 2.3-16V engine...
Hmmm... so is it a sheep in wolf's clothing, or has the owner dropped in a 16V engine and decided not to tell DVLA?
