Our business has a Facebook page. We are under attack from a disgruntled ex customer (of the "I don't want to pay you " type). Is it possible to disable comments from this person, or all persons?

TIA.

If it's a page, you can delete the comment, but you can't stop them re-posting.

If it was a group, you could kick them out of the group, but obviously a group isn't suitable for a company's general info page, as they're opt-in.

Can you go into settings>visitor posts and edit it so either you can review them first or not allow anyone to post?

When you delete the comment you have the option to block the person.

As Meldrew said, I had a similar situation last week except I had never even spoken to the ****.

Send the lads round with Mr Pinchy for a session of "re-education"?

Funnily enough, or not, this is what he is promising...in four emails so far...gathering evidence are we!!!

Yep...thanks...we can hide the comments, report him and block further comments.
