Hello I have a 2008 Vito in black
I had the front screen replaced today, my old screen had a aerial running the full length across the screen no breaks in the aerial metal.
I now have a replacement that has about 3-5 mm of just in my eye line on the drivers side missing!!!! the passenger side is a constant line
I have asked the fitters to check, they say thats how they come now... I asked why would they put a full side to side aerial in and leave a 3-5mm gap in it..
Thats how they are made!!! I said I am sure that is not the case
Anyway if anyone has a vito van could they be so kind as to take a picture of the drivers side top windscreen showing there is no breaks in the aerial.

thanks in advance... I have looked all over the net for an image of the screen showing the aerial.. but no...:fail
You know when there is something on the screen you know is there you keep looking... thats where I am lol: bannana:

The Viano has a break on the passenger side I hadn't noticed. It seems easy to scratch off. Had a replacement screen last year and didn't notice it probably because it is on the passenger side. Doesn't seem to affect the radio but I would guess it was done when fitted.

Who is the screen manufacturer?

Saint Gobain Sekurit is the OEM for this screen AFAIK, and IME, even the aftermarket version (by the same manufacturer) is miles better than any other offering.
