- 420 sec
I have found conflicting views on fitting an easily available replacement front wings available for W126 saloons to a W126 sec.
I have a 420 sec that needs some work on front (and rear) wings in the normal places, but I cannot find any aftermarket ones specifically for sec. Some suppliers say it is only a matter of a missing indicator hole, others say another bend needs to be added at the foot behind the wheel arch and others say it just will not fit......
Has any one any first hand experience of this fitting??
A similar argument exists for the rear arch replacement section. It seems that the saloon arch replacement panel may be the same once the front section, that would fit into the door jamb, is cut off. Again has anyone advice here??
Thanks, Steve.
