Fuchs?

Hi guys, do u have any idea which is better?
fuchs titan supersyn or mb motorenol 229.3 for a w203 om611 engine?

Any oil that meets MB 229.3 will be fine. Mercedes-Benz Betriebsstoff-Vorschriften: Motoröl, Getriebeöl, ATF, Kühlmittel, Bremsflüssigkeiten
however I notice you have a diesel engine- If it has a DPF [ diesel particulate filter ] it will require MB 229.31 LOW SAPS [ LOW ASH] oil

I have no dpf. I have been using motorenol 229.3 genuine but people say fuchs is much better. In Balkans mb oil is widely counterfeit and no one knows where it is produced.

Fuchs actually used to supply a lot of oil for Mercedes so Mercedes own brand and Fuchs might be the same stuff---- altho that long standing association might have changed with MB's tie up with Petronas now. However if MB branded oils are subject to counterfieting then GENUINE Fuchs would be a perfectly acceptable substitute or any other oil that meets MB 229.3 provided its genuine.
