GLC Off-Road Package

Folks,

I'm interested in a 2016 GLC 250d Sport with Premium package and Off-road package.
The car will never be used off-road by me. As a 69 year old, I'm looking for comfort above all else.

Is there any downside to the off-road package on a vehicle used on road only? I'm thinking of comfort or handling effects.

The ground clearance is slightly higher, there’s a different front and rear bumper design and also a nice set of alloys.

Personally I don’t think you’ll notice any handling difference and I also think it looks a bit different to the usual Sport model.
