Hope you guys can help. CLS 2013 (W218) rear right suspension sags after a couple of hours. Really trying to avoid going to merc garage for them to perform open wallet surgery! I have managed to replace the rear air strut but no change. Yesterday have also replaced the valve block but still no fix..... I do not have access to a decent diagnostics currently.

Only dash message is "please wait while suspension raising". Very frustrated now. Any ideas as I am baffled? Air hose, sensor?

Any help appreciated!!

Well Ollie at Prestige will soon tell you what is wrong.

I just wanted to close this out as it can be frustrating not knowing how things end! FYI the soapy water test on the top of the airbag and the valve block (i.e. both ends) revealed no leaks. This should have signalled it is likely to be the air hose and this indeed turned out to be the case even though I understand this to be relatively rare. The old hose had a small crack where it went round a corner. A new hose for a £2 fixed the issue!!! If only I knew that at the beginning.... Cheers.
BTW, I have since had new service and MOT at Prestige in Horndean and I was very pleased with the service.
