Second problem posted tonight so please forgive me.

We bought a couple of weeks ago a C200 CDI (w203). I had hoped we could simply connect up both our phones to the car as simply as we can with our other vehicles but it seems not.

The car has controls on the steering wheel and the radio (Audio 20 maybe?). I can not find any leads in the armrest. I have been able to connect via the audio lead in the glovebox to play music but with no control over the player.

What i need to be able to do is make and receive calls, play music and maybe read text messages. I have a Iphone 4 and she who must be obeyed has a 3g.

What are my options?, how much?, who?.

Bluetooth would be the favoured option if possible.

I have considered a parrot kit but would like to use the controls on radio and steering wheel.

Help please.

first things first do you know if the car has the pre installed wiring for the handsfree system?

No idea, seems daft to put all the buttons in the car but no leads. How would i find out.

well i work with commercials and its possible to that they werent specd ie Vito sports have a multi functional steering wheel for the dash and radio controls but dont have the phone wiring,
but to have a multi function wheel you gota have the phone buttons.

Mercedes nomrally have mounting some where for a phone cradel it wont jus be a lead alternativly a dealer should be able to use your reg or chassis number and check your data card for that option code
