Help with command please

I have a 2010 e class with command and on the unit it has a slot for a memory card. Does anybody know what size memory card it takes?

My guess is that your car has COMAND NTG4 with PCMCIA card slot.

If so, then you'll need one of these PCMCIA to SD-Card adapters, available from Amazon and eBay:
