Hi all as above in a dilemma ive seen a MINT 08 c63 full merc history 44k on the clocks for 24000 but on the other hand ive seen today a ok but slightly shabby 60 plate c63 with 53k on which would u buy there both the same price but the 60 plate isnt full mb history and the belts seen louder than normal? The 60 plate books at about 20k and the mint 08 books at about 18k my head says the 08 is a rip off but what do u guys think? Also if the headbolts went in either car surely with low miles and full mb history mb would pay out on it? Or do i get both to msl birmingham straight away? (Ps how much is msl to change the bolts?) thanks in advance guys!

I thought that mate but theres just none about 18 to 20k are the cat ds etc then high miles untill 24/25k

The market is all over the show with pre face lifts

did you see this ? I know it is now sold ( it was still active during the week) but to me this is one of the better, more realistically price pre face lift cars I have seen recently

Get out there and look at them buddy go with your gut don't worry too much about mileage unless it's mega you need to drive them wether it's brand new or with 100 k on the clock.

All the extras were standard except for COMAND [command!] and DAB I believe.

2 previous owners probably means 3 actual owners - and you'll be 4

Also notice first service looked missed (12k or 12 months without fail )))

The prices vary as some with be rough and others not.

I would not consider less than £30k for mine even if it was for sale.
Too expensive? Maybe, but 1 owner and 7000 miles - almost impossible now.

I tend to overlook those with that hideous wood dash... although the vehicles that come with that dash seem to look/sound in much better condition

Have wandered how much it would be to wrap/dip the wood inserts throughout the car in a nice silver or piano black

What is your budget, I am considering selling mine, havent owned for too long but miss my SL55 so considering going back to a convertible. I have a 2010 pre-facelift in white with the PPP (red calipers, carbon spoiler, alcantara s.wheel), updated led rear lights, amg 19's with all brand new good year f1's, adaptive lights, retro fit rear camera, usb interface thing etc, just touched 58k with full merc history. immaculate with no dings/dents etc
