Highbeams as running daylights

Hello
How do I make my lights as these? Like the middle ones stay on but without low beams or fog lights. Just the middle to stay lit up.

On my car, in the dashboard menus, I think in Convenience, there's the option to have dip beam on full time - which I have activated.

Do the inner lights work at all at the moment? Do you have working front fogs in the bumper like the car in the pic?
The inner lights were meant as fog lights if the bumper ones weren't fitted.

hello, i have facelift 2001 w202 t model. i dont have fogs in my bumper. but i have my fogs under low beams. and middle lights are high beams.
