How can I project video to my car's display(music video)

Hello, I am new to this forum so if I have posted this in the wrong place, sorry.

I was wondnering if there was a way to project video onto my Mercedes GLC 220D AMG's display. I heard that you could insert a USB with files but that did not work for me. ANd other people say that it is impossible to be projected whilst in motion.
Is there a way to project video whilst in motion without paying for a unlock key, if not is there a way when it is stationary?

It’s massively illegal, you could potentially kill someone, have the insurance rip you a new one finding out it’s installed, and a silly idea amongst other things... a small search on Facebook will lead you to what you need to get it working and it’s quite cheap

Same sellers can provide speed camera alerts too as a separate purchase, which are great but I wouldn’t use the former. I’ll let you search for that one
