I have a 2021 A45S plus. I have looked in the manual but can’t find out how to use the launch control.
Can anyone help?

I haven’t tried it myself but I think you just put the car in Race mode, press hard on the brake with your left foot then hard on the accelerator with your right. Release the brake and away.

You might need to turn off traction control as well.

The dash will say ‘Race Start’ if the system has activated successfully.
