Independent garage recommendation

Hi, does anyone on here use or can recommend a good independent Merc garage or mechanic around the King's Lynn/Wisbech or Sutton Bridge area? Thanks in advance

I use Alex Crow Stowmarket - maybe a bit of a trek for you but his knowledge is second to none and their labour rates are very reasonable too. I have been using for the last 3yrs since moving to Essex.

Thank you,yes a bit of a trek but one to consider as they seem thin on the ground in my local area.

Although it’s some distance for you, I would also recommend Alex Crow. The customer service, level of knowledge of the marque and reasonable pricing make him stand out.

Me as well needing experienced ABC garage - I'm in Central London. Normally totally faithful to Woodstock Motors (really brilliant) but worried that ABC issues are getting problematic.

I thought I had a breakthrough with Mark in Rainham through eBay, but just my luck he doesn't do W216 2008 CL500 eBay listing below:

Mercedes CL and SL ABC suspension pump replacement service.

This service is for Mercedes CL500/55's & SL500/55's with abc hydraulic suspension.

The job consists of supplying and fitting a newly reconditioned ABC suspension pump (or as its sometimes called a tandem pump) 4x new pulsation damper O rings (nothing is left to chance) a full suspension fluid change with a new genuine Mercedes 3 micron fluid filter, system bleeding and operation inspection with rodeo mode, safe disposal of the old suspension fluid, labour and the whole job is covered by a unlimited mileage 1 year guarantee.

I have the relavent diagnostic equipment to to read and clear system fault codes, check system live data inc system fluid pressure, carry out first time pump prime and enable rodeo mode.

Im a time served professional mechanic, ive owned and repaired many CL's and SL's and im also a long term owner of a CL55 so i know these cars very well and in the last few years i've fitted around 15 of these pumps and they have proven to be reliable and as above this replacement pump and associated labour comes with an unlimited mileage 1 year guarantee.

£945 all in.

Might be worth checking he is open and taking new business . I read something a month or so ago that he was winding up to retirement v soon , not sure if Nick will keep running it ??

Only just seen this post.
I can reccomend Prestige Auto Services in Dereham, just off the A47 . They only work on Mercedes vehicles, have 'Star' and are very reasonable.
Their hourly rate is around half of that charged by my local main stealer ! Matt is a very pleasant guy too.
