Not sure, but now days the clusters are coded to the car and may not work. I have bought one before and it was a waste of money.

Never mind the possible coding requirements, will it physically fit? I tried fitting a CLK cluster only to find the mounting points were different.

It may be possible to swap over the front bezel and the rear frame but you will loose any MB support if you break the cluster seals

It wont physically fit. Coupe cluster is a different shape. At the very least, you'd require the top part of the dashboard from a facelift model. Then you have all the coding/compatability issues.
I looked at this mod a while ago with an AMG cluster and it would of cost a fortune. And with no certainty it would work, I decided to bin the idea. A damn shame!!

I've heard that even if you can get Star to code the thing to work it may still reset the mileage to zero. A mod I've avoided even though it would look good.

That looks like a CLKW209/E W211 cluster to me?

Surely will not fit IMHO.

With a brand new cluster it is possible, coding and SCN (?) will be needed. Some people say they can reset the mileage on used clusters but as it is recorded elsewhere in the car as well, there will be issues..
