It's counterintuitive, but the phone's volume setting when connected to the car also affects the reception volume.</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">Also try turning the volume whilst in a call. Each part of the media system has it's own volume setting. So if using the radio when you turn the volume up it only affects the radio and nothing else.</div>
