Has anyone registered for this ? Do they feel it is worth it, or just more Big Brother ?

and does anyone know if I can use it, having just had laser surgery ?

There is no laser involved. CIA technology to scan your retina using at least 2 cameras to zoom in to take a picture of your iris. It more accurate than finger prints but does not work for glass eyes. The last time I worked on it in 1997, it costs £50K per unit. Costs must have fallen by now.
