I have been offered a 190 that is described as needing minor TLC and has working rear SLS " now that the pump has been rebuilt". Is SLS an ongoing nightmare on the W201 or a wonderful thing to have?
I never have rear passengers and have a more suitable vehicle for carrying heavy loads so wouldn't actively seek SLS.

Also, those older 201s and 124s are very fixable unless rust has taken hold. Assuming you can find the parts.

R
