Is something missing?

Poking around the boot of my new (to me) W213 this morning and it looks like something is missing from the right hand side of my boot storage cubby?

I'm guessing the First Aid Kit - which is probably a very expensive MB extra these days and not standard kit.
But I could be completely wrong - it has been known!

You can’t see it in the picture, but the first aid kit is present and sitting cosily in the small netting pouch on the left.

I don't have the jack in my car, I would assume the same for a W213 that comes with the tyre fit kit.
