Jerky acceleration

Hi guys I have a 2005 e280. The car was very jerky under acceleration and would occasionally go into limp mode. Turning the engine off then on reset it. Took it to a local MB specialist came up with turbo actuator signals fault. I have replaced the actuator however it is still very jerky upon hard acceleration. Any thoughts please?

I was told that the just the actuator can't be replaced as its paired to turbo, not sure if this is correct, I have the same issue

Back pressure sensor can give the same symptoms without a code
