Hi I'm looking to source a dye, mainly for the drivers seat, of my 2004 E class. The description of the leather from the vin code is AMARETTA/LEATHER/NAPPA/SEMI-ANILINE - BEIGE 835A. Can anyone point me in the direction of a matching dye. The car only has 31000 miles on it - but this beige leather seems to lose its colour so quickly. Think maybe I cleaned it with something too abrasive. The only seat that's really bad is the drivers seat.

Has the seat darkened or lightened?
I have Cristal gray leather... very light. If I don’t clean it regular, it goes darker and looks awful. A good leather cleaner and a nail brush to work it in, yes... nail brush, brings it up spotless again. Then just use a good conditioner as it’s good to go. Brings the nice leather smell back too!

Failing that, I did have some success with a leather repair on the clc. That kit came with a base colour paint (you can choose from standard colours), along with small bottles of colour tints. You can mix whatever shade you want, along with adding gloss or Matt to the mix. Bit hit and miss, but if you try it first until you hit the spot...?
Got mine from furniture clinic.

Welcome to the club! :)

I have recently had good results on my mushroom/cream leather interior with products from this company:

nueraproducts.co.uk

They will need a small sample though, to match your upholstery. They were very helpful when I called them.
