Yes me too but as yet i have had no luck .I need a boot closing handle in chrome for the first gen mercedes W124 mine is black , a type of hard plastic .The colour is poor due to weather and age like they all go over time .Like the door handles ,,but i have fixed that for now with stainless steel covers .I was going to spray the handles one at a time,, and them spray them with clear coat . But the chrome look on the handles is growing on me.
