Looking to upgrade to Android Screen on W204 C350

Hi all

Just picked up a lovely C350 (2010)
However it has the ultra basic Audio 20 screen

Does anyone know if its possible to upgrade to an Android screen?

but from all the videos i've seen they are all with NGT4.0 or above systems

Welcome.

Assuming your C350 is the pre-facelift model, than it will have NTG4.

(The facelift model got NTG4.5)

However, you'll need a unit that works with Audio20 NTG4 (not COMAND NTG4). Some Android units will work with both, which is also fine.

The 'NTG' thing designates the model line, and not a specific unit.

The pre-facelift W204 (2007-2010) came with either Audio20 NTG4 or COMAND NTG4.

The post facelift (2011-2015) came with either Audio20 NTG4.5 or COMAND NTG4.5.

Since then we had NTG5*1, NTG5*2, NTG5.5, NTG6, NTG7, and now NTG8......

And yes, the first one was called NTG1.....

Right ok yer that makes sense now lol

Just picked it up today - high'ish mileage - but been looked after and serviced on time etc, plus only 3 owners

Had an absolute blast driving it back - by far the nicest car i've ever owned.

Needs a few bits doing - roof trims have peeled so gonna have to sand them down and prob just wrap in gloss black to keep it original looking. But overall its an absolute joy to drive!
