Must give credit where its due as so many negative posts about stealers. Online booked the c63 for its 2nd service B @ 11k miles for a 9.30 appt. Arrived 10 mins late with apologies but ' that's no problem at all sir' take a seat and we will be with you in 5 mins . 'coffee?' within 5 mins the service manager booked it in explained in detail what was scheduled and would take approx. 2 hrs. I asked not to wash car as I wanted to get away asap as I had come from south wales for this service ( around trip 320 miles). an hour later the car was ready! he went through the invoice which I had paid in advance and was away in no time. very pleased and recommended

Did that include a brake fluid change and sat nav update

neither, a simple service, oil & filter, pollen filter screen wash and consumables

My car is due it's 2 year 'B' service which includes a sat nav update free for the first 3 years and the brake fluid should be changed every 2 years which is optional at approx £90.00.

Haven't been in the service centre in a while but as I recall it they have a separate workshop for AMG cars ?

Long way to go for a service!

I haven't heard great things about MB Brentford with regards to customer service, though it's that's my closest dealer, I go to MB in Guildford, as they seem to be ok.

Anyway, good to hear a positive experience from them.
