MCT fluid quantity

Hi all,
2013 C63 AMG with “MCT” requires transmission fluid change. Been quoted 10 litres of fluid but from what I am reading that only applies to gearboxes with a torque converter that can be drained of an additional few litres.
Anybody know how much will actually drain and therefore be used to re-fill?

Hi , No TC but if they are doing it properly there is always some oil wasted when they flush through the cooling lines . Maybe they have budget for that ?

Because it is the MCT the fill quantity is 7.1 litres not 9.0 litres.
However on an oil change you won't get the full 7.1 litres in, mine only took 5 litres until the level was correct.

You'll have the 722.930 gearbox.
It needs 236.15 oil because it's newer than 18 June 2010.
It won't have eco stop start so there is no auxiliary oil pump to remove and refit.
The transmission oil change is simpler that other 7G gearboxes because there is no torque converter to drain.

However I'd like to think the garage will charge for the amount of oil they actually use - my specialist does.
