These are really popular cars in Russia too. One of our friends has a Kyron and complete with MB engine is a very good car, ideally suited to Russia conditions.
That Chairman also has MB engines and gearboxes as well as similar styling. Even heated and cooled cup holders! get that MB!

The 4 WD transfer/central diff box and forward-running propshaft system shown in the video for the Rexton looked uncannily like the old MB W124 4MATIC system---- which might be of interest to anyone looking to restore one.

Interestingly, Ssangyongs for the uk market come with 4 season tyres fitted.
