Hi guys I'm going to view one on Monday with only 22k a 2011 plate. Anything I should look out for etc and what are they like to own. It will be my 5th Merc but 1st SUV. Iv always admired huge cars and think I'm ready for the step up now. Any suggestions welcome

Had a 2011 Grand Edition for 2 1/2 years (350).
Was one of the best cars I've ever owned. Nothing at all wrong in the time I had it.

The gearbox was fine. Super smooth and of course fault free.
Some may grumble about the typical MB sluggishness to change down quick enough when, for example, you coast up to a roundabout at 10 mph and give it a squirt to try and beat a car coming around it, only to be left embarrassed by the lack of instant urge. However I find all auto Mercs similar in this regard.
