Mercedes S Class W222 2008 Bluetooth Connectivity

I am wanting to buy a Mercedes Bluetooth adaptor to work with the Command unit, I have a cable in the armrest not the usual uma slide connector, photo below of connector on the lead, is this the same connector as the uma or different please? Can anyone point me in the right direction how to enable Bluetooth with a adapter via this cable or other means please.

Suggest you post in electronics,W221 of the age your car is have the connection that comes out of the centre armrest and you connect the bluetooth module onto that,the lead you have means as you know that you need something else,command on the electronics forum will pop up and solve this for you.
