Mercedes w211 heater not blowing hot air.

Hi All,
Car is mercedes w211 e280 2009

Issue with heating even at max temperature when engine temperature is normal, heater is blowing just a slightly hot air (most likely is cold)

And rear passenger is always blowing cold air.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I don’t but I know it is very fiddly and awkward . Might be worth an MB specialist if it is that simply because they will have done the job before .
I think it’s under the windscreen scuttle and the job has very limited access for hands

As above, its a very fiddly job with very little access. My indy at the time MBS in Southampton did the job on my E55.It's not a job I'd want to tackle.
He actually removed the throttle pedal and gained access through the hole behind it. The SBC pump had to be moved a bit too.
Took him around 40 mins IIRC.

In my W211the centre console are not pushing out hot air until I realised that alll that I had to do was change the setting to face forward.
