Mercedes w447 satnav SD card

Hi,
I’ve just purchased a vito W447 (2016) but it is missing its sat nav SD card. I’ve hunted the internet but can’t find anything that lists the correct SD card specifically for a Vito.
Can anyone help? What SD card do I need to purchase?

Have you checked all paperwork and user manual wallet?

Dealers quite often remove the SD cards from vehicle to prevent them from becoming stolen but include the SD card with documentation once sold.

This was the case when we purchased an A class for my son a couple of years ago.

Also, if the vehicle was advertised as having satnav but no SD card is available, I would take it up with the dealer as it would be their responsibility to supply you with a vehicle with working satnav system.

The Nav on my 2016 W447 was a Becker module in the glovebox. There was an SD slot but I never once used it.

Run the VIN in an online VIN decoder.
It will show what the car has.


If the car is ready for Becker Map Pilot navigation processor module (infotainment system NTG4.5/4.7), then you'll have:

508 NAVIBOX PREINSTALLATION


If the car is ready for Garmin Map Pilot navigation on SD-Card (infotainment system NTG5*1/5*2/5.5), then you'll have:

355 PREINSTALLATION FOR NAVIGATION RETROFITTING

357 SD CARD NAVIGATION


(The actual wording may change, it's the option code number that's important)
