ML250 OM651 WITH CODE P0101-FB

Hello I have a 2014 ML250 with the engine code OM651. The car currently has the code P0101-FB stored and the car is running poorly

I plugged the diagnostic in and it says its the MAF that has a malfunction, i have tried deleting the code/fault but it won't erase of the system

I have tried erasing it with the ignition on but engine off and also tried with the engine running and its constantly there, it won't go at all

Does this mean 100% its the MAF or is there another known problem, I have checked for air leaks but there no leaks.

I have read many cases where universla reader is giving OM651 but culprit is something else... EGR for example. In one case problem was solved by resetting air filter adaption vaöues (as it should be done after filter change anyway). If it is really MAF, do not buy cheapo part.
