I have just bought a 2014 E350 coupe with multi contour seats, the car is from a Lexus dealership
When I took the car the seats appeared to inflate nicely but later I realised they had both deflated (driver/passenger) obviously I emailed the dealer and the car went in to be looked at
When I picked up the car they told me the seats were fine (brilliant!) I took the salesman out to the car and showed him the problem and he agreed there was an issue
He explained that as the car was a Mercedes they did not have the expertise to diagnose the fault and so he suggested I took it into Mercedes and ask for their advice and Lexus would take it from there (I assume pay for repair)
The seats are not covered by the warranty but I assume they will sort it as they were not working when I picked up the car and it was a feature that was important for me (comfort generally as my partner is a blue badge holder)
Anyway, if I have no joy with the above has anyone got any pointers? the seats inflate for a few minutes then deflate, I have checked for obvious leaks around the seats/switches etc but my guess is a pump fault or a leak close by, I have tried to locate the pump in the boot but had no luck
Any help would be appreciated
