My 2008 c320 cdi sport is stuck in sports mode

Good evening everyone so when i start my c320 it starts in sports mode and wont let me change to comfort mode i have just replaced 2 level sensor arms that i snapped when inspecting previously.

I have ran the Xentry Diagnostics on it and it brings up this fault (see attached picture)

my questions are

1- is this causing the stuck in sports mode issue?
2- if not can anyone shine some light on it to point me in the right direction?
3- Where and what is the N51/2 module? (think it is the suspension control unit P/N 204 440 02 01 {03}) tried to find this part online but all i can find is 204 440 27 01 would this work as it is described to have come off the same model and year with Active Dynamic System?.

Your very flat battery wont be helping....maybe charge it and try again.....yours is only showing a 10 to 30% charge if that fault sheet reading is correct. These cars are pretty voltage sensitive.

Appreciate your input will give it a charge or replace and see if that helps can’t hurt to have a fresh battery anyway.
