My battery is showing signs of age now, sluggish cranking. It is a genuine Mercedes battery. I would like to get a Yuasa as I have had good service out of them in the past. I was looking at this YBX5019 - YBX5000 Silver High Performance SMF Batteries - Automotive - Batteries but on their compatibility list it doesn’t appear but from what I can see from dimensions etc it matches the existing battery. Any thoughts?

I just got confirmation from Yuasa that it is compatible and they're updating their website. Just need to try to get my radio code now ( nearest dealer is about a 90 mile round trip!)

You don't have a radio code, just change the battery. Tayna.co.uk are usually cheapest with next day delivery.

Thanks for that, tayna don't deliver to northern Ireland anymore. Ordered it from halfrauds with a10%discount. Are you definite that the audio 20 doesn't have a code. I must admit that surprises me

The Audio 20 is already coded to your car, it won't work in any other car but yours. Just change the battery and it will work first time.

Perfect, every day is a school day, thanks
