Any advice as to the best colour.... I'm really stuck. Had a silver E61 535d loved it and just sold a Space grey X5....

So, Merc, which one?














I'm thinking the middle one, Palladium Silver?

Welcome. That's nearest to space grey if you're after a direct match.

My C63 is Palladium, it certainly suits my car and looks good on the E-class too. Tenorite Grey is another tasty looking colour too.

We've just taken delivery of a Polar White E Class. Palladium was our second choice. Mrs Red wanted white, she doesn't have to wash it!

Stunning car, they had a metallic white one on the showroom and I loved it, wife not so much.

Is your the Premium plus pack optioned model? That's what I am going for. I have a slight penchant for deep base (sad child still in me) so needed the Harman Kardon.

Interior, std silver ok? The black wood looked good? Any other cheap critical options?

Our car was ordered before the packs were available, but it's effectively a Premium pack, although we don't have memory seats but do have ILS.

I'm not a huge fan of leather so I prefer the Alcantara type centres of the standard seats.

Black wood looks good, we went with that.

The reverse camera is taking some getting used to.

I haven't been able to bring myself to let it park itself yet either!

We were going to go with the metallic white, but went to Brooklands and saw the Polar and Diamond white cars together and it made the diamond white look like cream, which we didn't like at all.

Mines Tenorite and it's a lovely colour, like a graphite in the sun. Not common black or a grey like palladium

Not from what I've heard. It also has the ability to skip gears.
