Hi, my name is Dennis I'm 71 years old and this is my 4th mercedes, it's a 2012 e class e250 cdi convertable it's the pre face lift one with the split headlights. Is this then an a207 as I have just bought a wind deflector from a face lift model and I can't make it fit. Are the interiors different and what body code is mine? Thanks in advance.

I do like that model of MB, But alas i haven't ever owned one so cannot offer you any info at all. I am confident someone will chime in with the details you need?

Hi Dennis, and welcome. You're right - you have an A207. I previously owned one, and it's a lovely car - I rarely drove mine without having the roof down. As to the wind deflector, the changes made to the facelift A207 seem unlikely to me to have affected that part of the interior. Perhaps a trip to your local Mercedes specialist might help in getting it sorted?
