Very nice car and great value, but a couple of grand more buys a 2007 newer model on 22k miles.

Yeah 2 days on the bay and a buyer who deposited £500 until he realised we are 380 miles away so I gave his money back this morning (dont think he realised transport had gone up as much as it had)
Dont know if I am being thick here but when did 2007 become newer than 2009, I knew things were getting weird when my bottle of fairy lasted longer than three prime ministers but has time reversed now ???

Hi again BD update on progress, another solid buyer willing to drive over 100 miles but wants £400 discount, 181 views on eBay and 9 watchers in two days so I think I will hold out for full price, one hell of a vehicle for the money, I know I sound like my Dad but "they don't make em like that anymore"

Sorry, my mistake, blurred a comment "while on the bus." (I live in London and have paid the Central London Congestion charge about fifteen times over the last two decades)
All I was trying to say was something along the lines of a just a bit extra buys you one on half the mileage (22k) or a newer model (S350d) on the same mileage.
These were the two I was looking at.
But adverts can't be judged by the text along, anyone has to look at the cars properly, with their ownership history and make the call from there.

Yup looking at them I am positioned perfectly, but your post makes me scratch my head yet again, WTF are you doing on the BUS, I am certainly not one of the snooty Merc owners but I would rather walk barefoot than use whats offered as public transport round here, well not without my boosters anyway ! Its not unheard of here in rural Eeast Anglia to see a man with a pig on our buses.
And they are probably happily married !

Mike happy to say the car sold for full money in three days after 200 hits on eBay, the guys coming past you on his 150 mile trip from Brighton so looks like the price was bang on and its certainly not hard to sell an old S class after all, in fact its the quickest i ever sold a car, thanks so much for the advice about you finding much better deals though and how difficult this would be for me, I guess I just got lucky eh? Be sure to advise me again soon, I always appreciate help from people with your level of knowledge and experience, enjoy that bus fela.
