I trusted these guys with my recently acquired Mercedes SL65.
Firstly, this place is kept so clean, it looks more like a car showroom than a garage! There's a practical benefit to this when a mechanic can just drop down and lie directly on the floor to look under the vehicle then jump into the driver's seat without fear of the client freaking out about grease and oil... since there just isn't any!
The communication was excellent throughout the day they had it: I got a couple of phone calls updating me or seeking confirmation of my approval for a little extra (essntial) work.
Finally, when picking the car up, I happened to mentiond a small niggely issue and this resulted in no fewer than 5 guys working together to solve it. This quite possibly led to their all starting their weekend 10 or 15 minutes later yet throughout, I never saw anything but enthusiasm to get a good job done.
Trust me when I say I am not one to give 5 stars lightly but frankly, on this occasion, it's hard to fault the service I got from Autodeutsche.
